GETTING STARTED
Can I be seen the same day?
In most cases, yes. Call 480-488-1282 and we’ll find you a time, often that same day.
Do I need a referral?
Most patients don’t need a referral. If you have Tricare, you’ll need a referral from your primary care provider before your first visit.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring your insurance card and a photo ID. To save time, download and fill out the New Patient Form before you arrive.
Can I book online?
Online booking is for existing patients. New patients, please call 480-488-1282 so we can set up your first visit.
YOUR VISIT
What happens at my first visit?
Your doctor talks through your health concerns, then does a physical exam with neurological and orthopedic tests. You’ll receive your first treatment that same visit. If X-rays are needed, we’ll refer you to a trusted imaging center.
Does the treatment hurt?
Chiropractic care is a pleasant experience, and most people look forward to their treatments. If you’re in severe pain or very limited in how you move, your first few treatments may be slightly uncomfortable.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing is best, but we treat patients in business attire on their way to and from work all the time. Don’t let your outfit stop you from coming in.
What can a chiropractor adjust?
Much more than the back and neck. If it’s a joint, we can adjust it: shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles, feet, and even the jaw.
INSURANCE & PAYMENT
Do you take my insurance?
We accept most insurance for chiropractic care, including Medicare, Tricare (with a referral), most major health plans, and auto insurance. Call us and we’ll confirm whether we take your plan and give you a ballpark estimate.
What if I don’t have chiropractic coverage?
You’ll receive a substantial time-of-service discount when you pay at your visit.
Do you accept HSA and FSA cards?
Yes, HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
I was in a car accident. Can you help?
Yes. Auto accident injuries are often covered by auto insurance with no out-of-pocket cost to you. Call us and we’ll walk you through it.
