YOUR FIRST VISIT

1Call 480-488-1282 or request an appointment online. We will call you to confirm.

2We talk through your health history and what is bothering you.

3We examine you: how you move, plus strength, reflexes and sensation where needed.

4If chiropractic care is right for you, your first treatment usually happens the same visit. If you need X-rays, we refer you to an imaging center.

5You leave with a clear plan. As ChiroTrust members, we do not use unnecessary long-term treatment plans.

INSURANCE

We accept most insurance for chiropractic care, including Medicare, TRICARE with a referral, and most major health and auto insurance plans. Medicare covers spinal adjustments only. Shockwave therapy, spinal decompression, massage and reflexology are self-pay.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I know which treatment is right for me?

We decide together after your exam. We explain what we found, what we recommend and why, and what to expect.

Will an adjustment hurt?

You may feel some soreness after your initial adjustment. It usually passes within a day. Tell us if anything feels wrong and we will adjust our approach.

Are shockwave therapy and spinal decompression covered by insurance?

No. Both are self-pay services. Call us and we will explain the options.

What does shockwave therapy feel like?

A tapping or thumping sensation. You may feel some soreness when the applicator passes over the problem area, and very little over healthy tissue. We adjust the intensity to your comfort. Mild soreness afterward is not uncommon.

What if chiropractic care is not right for my problem?

We will tell you, and refer you to a medical doctor, dentist or other provider.
